In Windows 10, click "Start", or tap Win key, type “system information” into the search box, and then select from the result.

In Windows 10, press Win+x on your keyboard or right-click the “Start” to open the “Power User” Menu, then select “Device Manager” from the list, or press M.

Restore your drivers in Command Prompt. In Command Prompt, type the following command line and press Enter:

Download restoredrivers.zip

1. Press and hold the Shift key while you select the Start button Power Restart.
2. After your laptop restarts to the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot Advanced options Startup Settings Restart.
3. After your laptop restarts, you'll see a list of options. Select 4 or F4 to start your laptop in safe mode. Or if you'll need to use the internet, select 5 or F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.

1. After blue screen, you'll see the Automatic Repair option screen, select Advanced options to go to the Choose an option screen.
2. On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot Advanced options Startup Settings Restart to go to the safe mode.
3. You'll see an error message "Windows cannot complete installation in Safe Mode. To continue installing Windows, restart the computer.", and then press OK to restart. Or you'll go into the safe mode, and then restart.
