001 No power
生产部门:
  1. 请检查笔记本电脑的电源指示灯及电池充电指示灯是否有光亮。
  2. 请确保使用的是正确的电源适配器以及电源适配器有电，请尝试至少3条其它电源适配器。
  3. 请拔除电池及CMOS电池，笔记本电脑放电后重复以上步骤。
  4. 如果没有解决，请退回维修部门检测。

  1. Please check whether the power indicator and battery charging indicator of the laptop are on.
  2. Please make sure you are using the correct AC adapter and the AC adapter is powered on, please try at least 3 other AC adapters.
  3. Please remove the battery and CMOS battery, and repeat the above steps after the laptop is discharged.

  5. 注意部分电脑需使用大瓦数的电源适配器才能开机。
  6. 如果还没有解决，请拔除CMOS电池，笔记本电脑放电后再次尝试。
  7. 如果仍没有解决，请退回维修部门检测。

  2. Please check whether the power indicator and keyboard indicator of the laptop are flashing, or if there is a yellow indicator flashing or a startup alarm, etc., you can consider trying to replace the memory. When replacing the memory, I recommended using only one memory, and try to use memory with different voltages, frequencies, timings and different memory slots. Before replacing the memory, please use a paper towel to wipe the memory golden finger and clean the dust in the memory slot.
  3. If the indicator light does not flash, please try to click the capital key of the keyboard, etc., If the keyboard light is on at this time, the laptop may have been turned on, but the screen is not displayed or the screen doesn't have backlight, it is too dark to see clearly, please try to turn on the laptop with external monitor.
  4. If it is not resolved, please remove the hard disk, battery and optical drive and try again. Pay attention to check whether there are any electric circuit problems caused by screws stuck on the components of the motherboard.
  5. Note that some laptops need a high wattage AC adapter to turn on.
  6. If it is not solved, please remove the CMOS battery and try again after the laptop is discharged.
  7. If it is still not resolved, please return it to the maintenance department for testing.

  1. 如果是dell 的机器，开机第一次进入系统后再更改BIOS 设置的 SATA Operation 选项，由Rain on 改为AHCI或者由AHCI改为Rain on都会造成蓝屏，解决方案请查阅 如何修复因SATA Operation选项更改为AHCI后蓝屏的问题。
  2. 如果是intel 第一代酷睿CPU的机器，或者同一时代的AMD的机器，使用了总芯片颗粒数为4的2G内存或者总芯片颗粒数为8的4G的内存而造成的蓝屏，请更换为总芯片颗粒数为8的2G内存或者总芯片颗粒数为16的4G内存。
  3. 如果是intel 第三代酷睿CPU及以前的机器，同时又使用了SSD硬盘，请尝试升级BIOS。
  4. 如果使用了非原装的硬盘接口数据线，请尝试更换。
  5. 如果使用了表面有划痕的内存，或者不同电压，频率的内存，请尝试更换，建议只使用一根内存测试。
  6. 如果使用了非绿色标签的硬盘，例如健康度低，有坏块的硬盘，请尝试更换。
  7. 如果没有解决，请尝试USB启动没有安装驱动的系统盘，如果成功进入系统，可能是驱动造成的蓝屏，大部分情况下是显卡问题，安装驱动后蓝屏，请尝试安装最新的官方驱动。如果是硬件问题，请退回维修部门检测。
  8. 查看电脑运行时CPU等部件的温度，如果温度过高，可能造成运行慢，蓝屏等情况。
  9. 如果是dell 的机器，且系统日期在2099年以上，可能会造成windows10 操作系统运行很慢，请调整回正常日期。
  10. 因排错过程中多次蓝屏，可能造成系统文件的损坏，就算使用正常的硬件也会蓝屏，请更换新的系统盘，或者重新安装系统。
  11. 如果你有兴趣，可以尝试从微软官网 Bug检查代码参考 页面查找蓝屏的原因及建议。

  1. If it is a dell machine, change the SATA Operation option in the BIOS setting after booting into the windows for the first time. Changing from Rain on to AHCI or from AHCI to Rain on will cause a blue screen. For solutions, please refer to the How to fix the blue screen issue when the SATA Operation option is changed to AHCI .
  2. If it is a machine with first-generation Core CPU of Intel, or an AMD machine of the same era, the blue screen is caused by using 2G memory with a total chip count of 4 or 4G memory with a total chip count of 8, please replace it with 2G memory with a total chip count of 8 or 4G memory with a total chip count of 16.
  3. If it is a machine with third-generation Core CPU of Intel and previous machines, and uses SSD hard disk at the same time, please try to upgrade the BIOS.
  4. If you use a non-original hard disk interface data cable, please try to replace it.
  5. If you use a memory with scratches on the surface, or a memory with different voltage and frequency, please try to replace it. I recommended using only one memory for testing.
  6. If you use a hard disk with a non-green label, such as a hard disk with low health and bad blocks, please try to replace it.
  7. If it is not resolved, please try to boot the system without driver via USB. If it can go into the system, it may be a blue screen caused by the driver. In most cases, it is a driver or hardware problem of the graphics card. After installing the graphics card driver, a blue screen will appear. Please try to install the latest official graphics card driver. If it is a hardware problem, please return it to the maintenance department for testing.
  8. Check the temperature of the CPU and other components when the laptop is running. If the temperature is too high, it may cause the laptop to run slowly, blue screen, etc.
  9. If it is a dell machine and the system date is above 2099, it may cause the windows10 operating system to run very slowly, please adjust the date back to the normal date.
  10. Due to the blue screen for many times during the troubleshooting process, the system files may be damaged. Even if the hardware is good, the blue screen will occur. Please replace the new disk or reinstall the OS.

  2. 如果升级的BIOS版本跨度太大，请尝试先升级一个中间版本，推荐的稳定版本，之后再次尝试升级最新版本。
  3. 部分相同型号的机器BIOS文件可能还有细分的版本，请仔细查看对应的BIOS版本。

  2. If the bios version you want to upgrade is a long time away from the existing version, please try to upgrade an intermediate version, the recommended stable version first, and then try to upgrade the latest version again.
  3. Some BIOS files of the same model may have subdivided versions, please check the corresponding BIOS version carefully.

  2. 请检查是否有fingerprint，如果有，但没有fingerprint driver，很可能此Unknow USB device 是fingerprint。请检查fingerprint 的接口数据线。
  3. 请检测所有USB接口是否工作，再拔除所有外接USB设备，然后尝试更新Unknow USB device driver，并重新扫描硬件。
  4. 如果使用了非原装的硬盘接口数据线，请尝试更换。
  5. 如果仍然没有解决，请退回维修部门测试。

  1. Please check whether the laptop has webcam hardware. If yes, but there is no webcam driver, it is likely that this unknown USB device is webcam. If possible, try to replace the webcam.
  2. Please check whether the laptop has fingerprint hardware, if yes, but there is no fingerprint driver, it is likely that this Unknow USB device is fingerprint. Please check the interface cable of fingerprint.
  3. Please check if all USB ports are working, then remove all external USB device, then try to update the Unknow USB device driver, and scan the hardware again.
  4. If you use a non-original hard disk interface data cable, please try to replace it.
  5. If it is still not resolved, please return it to the maintenance department for testing.

  2. 如果未分配分区在恢复分区后面，请使用修复工具修复。修复后需测试恢复分区是否可正常使用。
  3. 如果有未分配分区的硬盘数量大于5个，请通知leader把这些硬盘退回配件预备部门重新拷贝系统。

  2. If the unallocated partition is behind the recovery partition, please use the tools to repair it. After that, test whether the recovery partition can be used normally.
  3. If there are more than 5 hard disks with unallocated partitions, please inform the leader to return these hard disks to the parts preparation department and copy the OS again.

  1. 请检查电池及电池线是否安装正确，电池接口金属片是否有腐蚀现象，电池锁扣是否正确扣好。
  2. 如果是非原装电池，请尝试更换电池，把不能识别的电池放在其它电脑上再次测试。
  3. 如果是dell的机器，检查BIOS的电池信息，如果电池不充电，再查看AC 信息是否是AC unknow，如果是AC unknow，请尝试不同瓦特的3个AC，如果都是AC unknow，可能是电脑硬件问题，请将电脑退回维修部门检测，如果AC正常，电池电量在未充满的情况下不充电的，请尝试更换电池。
  4. 请在windows中使用BatteryInfoView软件测试，如果电池电量在未充满的情况下，Charge/Discharge Rate的数值为0，请尝试更换电池。
  5. 如果是hp的机器，注意查看电脑开机是否有电池警告，部分型号的机器在部分BIOS版本下电池不充电，请更换原装电池。

  1. Please check whether the battery and battery cable are assembled correctly, whether the metal sheet of the battery interface is corroded, and whether the battery lock is properly locked.
  2. If it is a non-original battery, please try to replace the battery and put the unrecognized battery on another laptap for test again.
  3. If it is a Dell machine, check the battery information in BIOS. If the battery is not charged, check whether the AC adapter information is AC unknown. If it is AC unknown, try three AC adapter with different watts. If all is AC unknown, it may be a hardware issue. Please return the laptop to the maintenance department for testing. If the AC is normal and the battery is not charged when it is not fully charged, Please try to replace the battery.
  4. Please use Batteryinfoview in windows to test. If the battery is not fully charged and the value of Charge / Discharge Rate is 0, please try to replace the battery.
  5. If it is an HP machine, check whether there is a battery warning when the laptop is turned on. For some models, the battery does not charged under some BIOS versions, please replace the original battery.

  2. 请检查BIOS中WIFI选项是否已经启用。
  3. 请检查WIFI卡型号及图案是否与其它同型号电脑的相同，如果不同，请更换WIFI卡。
  4. 请检查WIFI卡接口是否正常，或者尝试更换一张新的WIFI卡。
  5. 如果WIFI信号弱或者无信号，优先检查WIFI天线是否接好，或者尝试更换WIFI卡。
  6. 留意部分型号的机器可能带有两张WIFI卡。

  1. Please check whether the laptop has a WiFi switch button or WIFI keyboard function switch. If yes, please turn it on first.
  2. Please check whether the WiFi option in BIOS is enabled.
  3. Please check whether the WiFi card model and pattern are the same as those of other laptops of the same model. If they are different, please replace the WiFi card.
  4. Please check whether the WiFi card slot is normal, or try to replace a new WiFi card.
  5. If the WiFi signal is weak or there is no signal, first check whether the wifi antenna is connected properly, or try to replace the WiFi card.
  6. Note that some laptops may have two WiFi cards.

  1. 请检查机器是否带有蓝牙模块或者WIFI卡带有蓝牙模块，不带蓝牙模块的WIFI卡在型号后面一般都带有"NB"字样。
  2. 请检查BIOS中的蓝牙功能是否有启用。
  3. 部分机型需关闭WIFI功能再打开WIFI功能才能检测到蓝牙。
  4. 部分机型重启后检测不到蓝牙，需还原BIOS默认配置才能再次检测到，但再次重启又无法检测到蓝牙，请更换WIFI卡。
  5. 部分机型自带蓝牙模块，如果再使用一张带有蓝牙模块的WIFI卡，则有一个蓝牙模块驱动无法成功安装，请拔除一个蓝牙模块。

  1. Please check whether the laptop has Bluetooth module or WiFi card has Bluetooth module. WiFi card without Bluetooth module usually has "NB" behind the model name.
  2. Please check whether the Bluetooth function in BIOS is enabled.
  3. Some models need to turn off WiFi function and then turn on WiFi function to detect the Bluetooth.
  4. Some models cannot detect Bluetooth after restarting. You need to restore the default BIOS configuration to detect it again, but Bluetooth cannot be detected after restarting again. Please replace the WiFi card.
  5. Some models come with Bluetooth module. If you use another WiFi card with Bluetooth module, one Bluetooth module driver cannot be installed successfully. Please remove one Bluetooth module.

  2. Please check whether the data cable of the laptop speaker is properly connected.
  3. If the sound driver is not installed, please install the official sound driver first.
  4. If the sound driver is installed, please uninstall the sound driver and try to use the basic sound driver for testing.
  5. Please check if the speaker is broken, or if there are screws pressing down on the speaker, or if there is iron shards around the speaker.
  6. If possible, try to replace the speaker.
